R&D Engineer - Pipeline
Description
Illumination Mac Guff is looking for a Software Engineer with a strong 3D computer graphics experience.
Within the Research & Development team, you will participate to the development and the evolutions of our tools used to create animated films. These tools will be included in different commercial softwares used by the studio (Maya, Houdini, RV, Nuke,…)
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, in Paris 15th district.
Proficiency in C++ (C++11/14)
Good knowledge in 3D computer graphics (modeling, animation, rigging, …)
Valuable skills :
- Code optimization, parallel programming
- API of a graphics creation software (Maya, Houdini, Nuke, etc.)
- Python
- Graphic Pipeline GPU, OpenGL, GLSL
- Linux Development Environment.
With a Master degree in Compute Science, you have a previous experience in the computer graphics area.
You can demonstrate initiative to find innovative solutions adapted to new production needs.
Ability to work within a team and collaboratively with different departments of the studio.
Good interpersonal skills and pedagogy (liaising frequently with 3D artists)
French is the speaking language in the studio
