Game Producer
Description
Deck Nine Games is currently hiring a Producer for our next game. The
person we are looking for is a calm leader, an organized status owner and a passionate
facilitator.

Responsibilities:
- People
- Process
- Publisher
- Understand goals and resources in-depth; provide guidance and information to leads so they can make informed decisions
- Facilitate
communication, organization and accountability across departments
- Balance creative desires with production realities to find the best solution possible
- Own the development schedule
- Identify and resolve roadblocks
- Motivate and support the team
- Remain calm and deliberate in the face of uncertainty and fear
Requirements:
- 3+ years of game production experience
- Shipped at least 1 game as a full producer
- Fluent with Excel, Jira and waterfall scheduling
- Must be willing to relocate to the Denver, Colorado area
Position is full time, on-site and applicants must
already be authorized to work in the U.S.

Deck Nine Games is an independent game developer dedicated to crafting interactive story games that inspire, transform, and entertain players. Our passion is storytelling games. We love the relatable characters from a game like Life is Strange and the amazing action storytelling from games like Last of Us.
Our first game, Life is Strange: Before the Storm is loved by fans and has won multiple awards, including Game of Year and was nominated for both a VGA and a BAFTA. The studio is 90+ people and is in sunny Westminster, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The studio is working on an unannounced story adventure game and is growing additional teams for more projects.
