Description
SUMMARY
The
ability to composite CG or Photographic assets together, color match to targets
and seamlessly integrate elements into still and motion plates. Support the CG
Supervisor, Traffic Manager, Leads and fellow Artists in creating a visual
style the client is looking for.
PRIMARY JOB
RESPONSABILITIES
Execution and creation of photorealistic
or stylized CGI imagery based on client’s needs.
Investigation of new or customized
processes to fit specific client project or technological needs.
Stay in contact with the Traffic
Manager to ensure goals are being met.
Provide internal feedback and
technical insight to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
Keep up to date with the latest in
software, hardware and techniques.
Attend internal and client meetings,
communicating accurately, respectfully and professionally with clients and
other team members
Update hours and job information
for all projects you’ve been assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
A working knowledge of Nuke,
grading and color matching utilizing multi-passes images.
Specialty in VFX and Animation,
utilizing both CG, photo and video assets to composite a seamless look.
An understanding of 3D concepts
and workflow.
Good written and verbal
communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to
prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
TRG tries to work within a 40 hour
workweek, however certain projects may require evening and weekend work.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Teaching other employees of new software
and/or techniques.
Scripting: Python (Preferable),
TCL, MEL, MAXSCRIPT, ect.
Working knowledge lighting and
rendering in 3DS Max, Modo or Maya.
