As Product Lead (m/f) you will be responsible for several of our new mobile/online products. You will be the first point of contact regarding production strategy and you will work closely with the head of studio, project management, and other experts within the team. Your job:

Take overall responsibility for at least one product and lead the production team in an agile working environment 

Plan and define a product strategy and feature pipeline in close collaboration with the head of studio 

Systematically analyze products and assess measures according to their feasibility and monetization potential 

Create and optimize exciting and successful games by generating pay conversions, user lifetime, and ARPPU/ARPU 

Evaluate and optimize new technologies and processes 

Coordinate and build an implementation strategy with the team, and monitor, assess, and continually optimize results such as gameplay, usability, and look & feel 

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, take responsibility for ROI, and create transparency regarding the product's status and relevant dependencies 

Coordinate testing, debugging, localization, and quality assurance 

Identify innovative pay-play mechanisms and coordinate the game design concepts 

Act as a link between product stakeholders, developers, project managers, and potential external partners 

Recruit new employees and assist in setting up, structuring, and optimizing new product teams

Your profile:

A completed degree 

Several years of relevant experience in the free-to-play gaming industry (primarily mobile games) and in optimizing KPIs and conversions

Experience leading a team and a passion for gaming, you are also an enthusiastic gamer

Several years of experience in product management and ideally experience with user experience and user-centered design methods

Experience as a product owner in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) is advantageous 

Outstanding analytical skills and organizational talent, good initiative, and a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mentality 

Good communication skills and ability to assert yourself 

Confident and willing to make decisions and assume responsibility regarding the product 

Very good written and spoken English
