Animator

Description:

Ilion Studios is seeking Animators to create high quality animations of 3D characters and elements appearing in each of the movie’s shots; to convey emotion, movement, action and personality; in the style of the feature film.

Main responsibilities:

• Animate a shot from blocking through final animation, working under the supervision of the Animation Supervisor and/or Director
• Animate props and animation effects
• Maintain a consistent level of high quality work while meeting deadlines

• Ability to use acting skills to bring characters to life, as well as clearly communicate simple ideas with which an audience can empathize
• A demo reel which proves animation skills and the strong understanding of the traditional animation principles such as weight, arcs, etc
• Production animation experience is needed
• Capacity to work in a team environment and to follow the instructions from the Animation Supervisor and Team Lead
• Good oral and written English language communication skills
