Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining all project goals.
• Manager of all daily work and activity.
• Project macro scheduling (particularly the management of dependencies)
• Maintains or improves procedures for work flow and efficiency.
• Responsible for proper balance of time, resources, and scope.
• Team Representative
• Publisher relations
• Non-Developer & Third-Party relations
• People management

 Skills Required:

• Must enjoy mentoring
• Be able to motivate and lead a team through all the stages of development
• Be comfortable collaborating with a team of leads in all aspects of the creative process
• Good communication skills
• Must have leadership experience
• Be able to relocate to Dallas, Texas area to join the Gearbox team
• Have 7+ years game industry experience with shipped games

Desired Skills:

• High level of competency with MS Project and MS Excel
• Familiarity with Unreal 3 technology
• Familiarity with Perforce (or similar version control solutions)
