We are looking for a talented and creative Director of User Experience (UX) to help us reimagine how people consume, share, and engage with entertainment media. As the Director of User Experience, you will help drive our vision/strategy and advocate clean and user-centric design.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and refine user-centric product experiences
• Conduct user research, including: prototyping, usability testing, & interviews
• Translate product vision from effectively testing and interpreting user input
• Collaborate with developers and designers to solve problems agilely
• Translate product vision into wireframes, user narratives, and prototypes that define its appearance, architecture and interaction behaviors
• Work closely with development team to ensure proper requirement gathering and implementation of design specifications

 Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Balsamiq or comparable mockup/prototyping tools
• Experience in usability tools such as Optimizely, CrazyEgg, or similar
• Excels in gathering and interpreting data sets
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Great collaboration and individual problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years experience designing web/mobile applications
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Human Interaction or a related field
