Lecturing Faculty
Description
The University of
Utah's Entertainment Arts and Engineering (EAE) program is seeking to hire a
faculty member at the assistant professor, lecturing level, beginning Fall
2015. This is a non-tenure track position. Exceptional candidates at higher
ranks will also be considered.
Seeking to build
upon its reputation as a world-class professional games education program, EAE
is looking for professionally oriented instructors specializing in Game Arts. If you are
interested in teaching the next generation’s leaders in games and interactive
entertainment, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Candidates for this
position should have an established track record creating games and/or teaching
game development. Applicants must have earned a terminal degree in a
relevant field and demonstrate an ability to mentor and teach effectively.
The University of

2007 and is currently ranked as the number 1 graduate and number 2
undergraduate program in the world, according to the 2015 Princeton Review
rankings. EAE has demonstrated leadership in the interdisciplinary domain of
video game research and development.
