Associate Producer

A super AWESOME opportunity has become available for an Associate Producer to work on one of Animal Logic’s next exciting projects, The LEGO® Batman Movie.

The Associate Producer is responsible for the management of all processes, schedules, budgets, crew and resources necessary to deliver high quality animation within specific creative, strategic and business parameters.

The position will see you collaborating with the film's Head of Production, Producer, Director, Art Director, Editor, Animation Director and all of the amazing crew.

The position directly manages communication to a variety of teams and is ultimately responsible for delivering the film on schedule and within budget.

Other duties that you’ll be responsible for include:

• Developing and executing the digital production schedule
• Working closely with the CG supervision team to define and communicate creative technique and methodology to achieve project objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance around all areas of influence
• Problem solve, anticipate, communicate, inspire and execute
• Participate in the casting and recruiting of relevant crew

You will need:

• At least 6 or more years working as an Associate Producer or in an equivalent senior production management position. 
• Proven ability in scheduling and successfully meeting budget targets
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Strong negotiating ability and well rounded interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of both production and technical resources
• An ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, strategize and problem solve
