Customer Support Rep

Gearbox
Software is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide support to
our fans and customers. CSRs will answer a high volume of emails concerning our
game and company. We need reliable individuals who know how to
communicate well, are very enthusiastic about video games (especially
first-person shooters), and who are well-versed in games for all modern console
systems and current PC Windows technology.
Required
Skills and Experience:
o Ability to work a 40 hour work week
o Have excellent written and verbal communication
skills
o Ability to handle all customer issues
respectfully and professionally
o Know basic Microsoft Office tools
(Word, Excel, etc.)
o Be able to effectively use web-based email
for customer issues and time tracking
o Be passionate about action, strategy
and tactics in games
o Be at least 18 years of age with a
high school degree
o Live in or near Plano,
Texas (north Dallas) - relocation will not be provided
o Be able to interview quickly and start
within 2 weeks
Desired
Skills and Experience:
o Previous customer service experience
o Experience playing Borderlands 2 and
other Gearbox Software titles
