As a Senior Digital Media Designer (m/f), you will be responsible for designing, creating, and overseeing the work of more junior staff members. This will include giving visual and functional feedback relating to our corporate image, such as our website and landing pages, and online marketing material. A large part of the role will involve defining standards for others to design to and coming up with new ideas to keep the corporate image fresh, modern, and in­line with our competitors. Ideally we are looking for you to set a standard our competitors will need to keep up with. You will also be the specialist point of contact for all other digital media designers and will support their professional development through feedback and internal workshops.

Your job:

• Design and create online marketing materials such as landing pages, microsites, emails, etc. for our corporatecommunication
• Design and create a new corporate image concept together with the digital and print team
  
• Supervise (digital) marketing campaigns from design to implementation
  
• Offer specialist support to digital media designers in their daily work and through workshops
  
• Collaborate closely and consult regularly with all relevant departments, for example front end, art, PR, HR
  

Your profile:

• Completed professional training or degree in media design or a similar subject
• Several years of professional experience as a media designer, art director, or similar
• Excellent feel for color, typography, etc.
• Outstanding knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
• Solid understanding of what is possible with HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/JQuery
• Solid understanding of UX and have ideally worked on conversion orientated projects in an e-­commerce environment
• An excellent understanding of how to create imagery that induces an emotional connection through photographic imagery, iconography, etc.
• An excellent understanding of branding and how to increase brand visibility
  
• Have ideally successfully completed several branding or rebranding projects
  
• Able to communicate effectively with contacts from other departments, e.g. front end developers
  
• A good understanding of After Effects
  
• Some experience working with Edge Animate
  
• Some experience of team management or supervising new employees is desirable
  
• Very well organized, extremely communicative and a dedicated team player
  
• Good written and spoken English
  
• A passion for gaming
