Position Overview

Carney is seeking to increase our pool of reliable and talented digital artists (DA) with a strong Flash skillset. We are looking for full and part-time candidates as well as independent contractors.

A Carney Digital Artist (DA) is a highly creative, motivated individual whose primary responsibility is to develop digital images and interactive illustrations in support of instructional content for web-based (e-learning) and/or instructor-led courseware. Carney’s ideal candidate is passionate about digital art and the collaborative nature of the design process

Responsibilities 

A Carney Digital Artist (DA) is a highly creative, motivated individual whose primary responsibility is to develop digital images and interactive illustrations in support of instructional content for web-based (e-learning) and/or instructor-led courseware.

Minimum Requirements

Digital Tools & Experience:

Strong skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud especially Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop
Did we mention Flash?
3D Studio Max skills and experience a big plus
2D illustration skills a plus
After Effects experience a plus

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited college or university (or experience equivalent)
Relevant work experience
Proficient use of the English language
