Producer

Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Producer to manage and deliver all aspects of digital production for upcoming high profile CG and VFX projects. Our Producers are dynamic and proactive project leaders who guide and oversee the daily operations of their project teams to ensure the thoughtful and efficient flow of work through the facility and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.  This role would include wide range of management responsibilities (no task is too big or too small for our producers) as well as collaboration with directors, supervisors, artists and clients to create and revise bids and financials, establish and drive schedules, creatively and strategically troubleshoot solutions to production obstacles and maintain important company relationships. 

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of CG producing experience in animation/film, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to effectively communicate project status, needs and goals, a demonstrated ability to diffuse and resolve conflict in high-pressure situations and a positive and friendly demeanor.
