We have an exciting opportunity for a Tools Engineer to join our talented Engineering Team. In this position, you will deliver tools to improve iterative content cycle through design, iteration, and execution on a variety of tools and pipelines. You will also be the conduit between different disciplines, creating tools that help making the processes more efficient.

What you will be doing:

• Integrate systems and tools into existing code base and processes
• Carefully design and develop various asset creation and management tools ranging from exporters to content creation tools, asset management tools, build tools, frameworks
• Create tools and pipelines to support server development and live support
• Ensure tools and methods integrate efficiently into the engine and pipeline
• Test new and existing tools to identify possible defects and inefficiencies, and apply changes when needed
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure tools design specifications are met
• Proactively research and test existing third party tools to increase efficiency and productivity
• Facilitate training in use of tools, when required
• Become an active participant in shaping the success of the team
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

What you will bring with you:

• A minimum of 2 years of tools programming experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Experience with C#, PHP and web development
• Capable of working with little instruction to resolve demanding tasks, as well as work with internal teams
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

What we consider as pluses!

• Experience working within Agile Game Development methodologies
• Experience working in the game industry
• Working knowledge of C++
