Ottawa, Canada – We are currently seeking a professional and highly dynamic Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will assist the Production Manager in the management of a production by providing administrative support. Responsibilities include: coordinating the flow of a production through all departments, working with the Production Manager to schedule staffing to meet production requirements, preparation and upkeep of project documentation for all departments, identifying and reporting missing elements, and creating and organizing protection copies of production materials. The Production Coordinator must be very organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpretation skills. This individual will be depended upon to help analyze problems and offer dynamic solutions. Ambition, enthusiasm, self-motivation and professionalism are a must.

• Must be a Canadian citizen (candidates residing outside of Canada will not be considered at this time)

Job Requirements:

• Must have the ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
• Must also have experience working in a team environment, and have the ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience is required.
• This person must have some knowledge of Photoshop, and significant experience with Word, Excel, email, FTP etc.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, professional and personable.
• Excellent communication skills.
