Idol Minds is an independent game developer that has been creating fun and innovative games for the past 17 years.  We are currently in development on multiple mobile titles and are seeking some talented artists to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality stylized models to be rendered in a sprite based environment
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently while adhering to the established art direction
• Work creatively both independently as well as with art direction
• Contribute ideas and suggestions regarding art direction and new methodologies

Qualifications:

• A portfolio showing a professional level work in a variety of styles and disciplines
• Advanced level Maya and Photoshop skills
• Understanding of rendering (Mental Ray, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of art fundamentals such as form, color, and composition
• UI, character, and visual effects experience a plus

Idol Minds is an independent game developer for located in Colorado between Denver and Boulder next to the Rocky Mountains.  We have an experienced, close-knit team with exceptional technical, artistic and design skills.  We are currently developing F2P mobile/tablet titles; though we retain our deep roots in the console game business.
