This is a midlevel role, or can also be senior for the right applicant.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional concept art experience in a production environment, mobile games experience strongly preferred.
- Video games industry experience required with minimum of one commercially successful published title
- High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other drawing software
- Professional level understanding of art concepts like color theory, anatomy, composition, etc.
- Strong background in traditional art and illustration
- Understanding of how to create concepts for games, particularly for mobile
- Experience creating characters and environments either for video games or animated cartoons
- Self-taught candidates welcome
