join the Human Resources department.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this
person will be in charge of the recruitment process in collaboration with the Managers
of the different departments.
- Conduct interviews;
- Coordinate hiring needs with managers;
- Work with managers to create and update job
descriptions;
- Develop a network of contacts with applicants
and various educational institutions and agencies;
- Obtain references;
- Prepare job offers;
- Conduct interviews over the telephone;
- Greet applicants for tests, explain the
instructions to them, and follow up with managers on completed tests;
- Participate in hiring events (school visits/job
fairs, etc.);
- Find innovative staffing solutions;
- Conduct orientations and assist with the
onboarding of new employees;
- Assist with the coordination of employee
relocations;
- Assist with the submission of Labour Market
Impact Assessment (formerly Labour Market Opinion) when necessary;
- All other staffing-related tasks.
Skills and Profile
- Able to find the best staffing tools to hire as many
good candidates as possible;
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal
skills, active listener and proactively;
- Able to manage several tasks at once;
- Knowledge of recruitment procedures with social
Networks;
- Knowledge of video game, IT or multimedia industry.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary degree/diploma with a concentration
in Human Resources;
- Working towards a CHRP designation is an asset;
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Recruiter position;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
