Gaming Texturing Artist
Description
• Create a variety of complex textures for Props, Sets
and Characters that align with artistic design/style; interprets art
reference/art direction.
• Find solution's for the technical problems related to the project assigned, through R&D and make them available to all.
• Report to TL on the status of assignment on daily basis.
• Handle the team (technically) in the absence of the TL.
• Assist the TL's in the day to day functional operations of the project.
• Must understand and follow the internal workflow/production pipeline.
• Can take creative decisions within the boundaries defined.
• Lead a small team on project specific criterions.
•
To produce the expected quality and timely deliver of “complex
textures/shaders of props, sets OR simple characters” in the most
efficient manner.
• Can take creative/technical decisions within the boundaries defined.
•
Convey the important instructions relating to ones files which are
necessary to the next dept on handling over the file. ( a foot note )
• Accountability for the team under supervision.
• Client Communication and related paper-works as and when required.
