Description
• Create a variety of complex Sets and high detail
characters, Blend shapes that align with artistic design/style;
interprets art reference/art direction.
• Find solutions for the
technical problems related to the project assigned, through R&D
(including software) and make them available to all.
• Handle the team (technically) in the absence of the TL.
• Assist the TL's in the day to day functional operations of the project.
• Must understand and follow the internal workflow/production pipeline.
• Regularly study and update one’s skills through self learning.
• Can take creative decisions within the boundaries defined for assigned models by the TL’s, or consulting with the TL’s.
•
Convey the important instructions relating to one’s files which are
necessary to the next dept on handling over the file. (A foot note).
•
To produce the expected quality and timely delivery of “Characters /
Facial & Corrective Blend shapes & Complex props / Environment
mode” in the most efficient manner.
