We are looking for Customer Service Representative
to join our expanding team at Piranha Games. In this position, your
interpersonal skill and sound judgement will be put to the test. You are
at the frontline providing customer service and support for billing
related issues. Through your excellent communication skills, you will
contribute to bettering our customer satisfaction level.
What you will be doing:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to billing and general inquiries to end-users through support ticketing system
- Deliver a consistent customer service experience to each customer
and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall experience
- Gather player information and feedback to analyze and address core customer concerns
- Provide standardized responses for major common issues and personalized responses for less common concerns
- Foster positive communication with players through professional, supportive and prompt interactions
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
What you will bring with you:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service oriented environment
- Outstanding diplomacy, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills with exceptional attention to details
- Self-starter with the logical ability to follow a problem through to the end
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, while remain polite and respectful
- Proven ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Capable of working with little instruction to resolve demanding tasks, as well as work with internal teams
What we consider as pluses!
- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Playspan, and Stripe
- Fluency in language(s) other than English, particularly Russian, German and/or Spanish, is a huge plus
- Passion for games!
