As our Community Management Lead (m/f) you will be jointly responsible for managing and developing our Community Management. You will analyze our game forums and external presence, and will optimize our communication and interaction with our community. You will also coach our community managers and their moderators. In addition, you will develop our internal structures and processes to ensure a constant flow of information between departments, and help create a KPI system to allow better management and evaluation of the department.
Your job:
? Together with another Community Management Lead, manage our Community Management department, which will consist of 30+ community managers in the future
? Report directly to the Head of Customer Operations
? Develop strategies for community management, forums, social media platforms and related projects
? Recruit and develop our team leads and community managers: conduct candidate interviews and feedback meetings, and assess performance with the aim of improving efficiency and quality
? Monitor, analyze and develop KPIs that are relevant to Community Management
? Your goal: Provide millions of registered players with customer care and encourage loyalty in internal and external communities
Your profile:
? Several years' leadership experience, ideally in gaming or a similar industry
? Extensive professional experience in community management
? Motivational and natural leader with outstanding communication skills and excellent instincts for quality of service and user friendliness
? Very good analytical abilities and an understanding of KPIs and how to use them to optimize our online communities
? Passionate about (online) games and the internet
? Very good written and spoken English - German and other languages are an advantage
