Description
Overview:
We’re looking for an outstanding individual who
will manage all product management aspects of 3D, helping to deliver
world-class solutions. As a member of the 3D product team, you will work
with development, marketing, and sales to create and execute product
plans and outbound communication. Working in close collaboration with
sales & marketing, you will define product positioning and help
drive product launches, and campaign strategies.
This
role requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will bring
a fresh approach to delivering 3D into all our products. In this role,
you will be responsible for defining the product strategy for 3D,
defining and prioritizing product requirements. You will be the 3D GIS
evangelist within Esri and the public face of our 3D technology and
vision.

Responsibilities:
- Work
with customers, development, and product evangelists to identify,
communicate, and validate high value 3D capabilities that work in
desktops, servers, browsers and on a variety of devices
- Influence the engineering team and executive management, drive product priorities and help lead cross-functional product team
- Work with development throughout the development process to ensure 3D capabilities meet market requirements
- Work closely with sales and marketing to successfully launch new capabilities and products
- Partner
with marketing to define campaigns that drive awareness and adoption as
well as communicate product value and positioning
- Continue to evaluate and evolve our business models to help drive adoption and usage
Requirements:
Five or more years of experience within a software company
Carry
an entrepreneurial attitude when working with others including an
inherent ability to approach work with high energy, proactively, and
creatively
A solid knowledge of the 3D space, inside and out
Seamless
ability to coordinate people and technical resources among multiple
areas of the company—you must thrive in a dynamic cross-functional team
environment
Excellent written communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or similar field that provided you the knowledge to be successful in this role
