SUMMARY OF POSITION
Netherrealm Studios, a division of Warner Bros. Games seeks an experienced Senior Designer to join us in the rapidly expanding mobile gaming industry. The mobile team at Netherrealm specializes in creating AAA quality mobile games such as Injustice: Gods Among Us and Batman: Arkham Origins. 

Qualified candidates for this position have experience in digital game development and work well in a small, agile teams. Knowledge and passion for mobile games is required. Core areas of expertise include game systems, game economy, and free-to-play mechanics.Insert summary of position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing & balancing of player progression.
• Designing, balancing, and live maintenance of a free-to-play game economy.
• Development of live events post-launch.
• Research player behavior and propose new features/events/live updates based on the players & community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer.
• 1+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• Shipped at least 1 high quality free-to-play project.
• Experience in running live game events post-launch.
• Competence in free-to-play practices & concepts such as A/B Testing, User Retention, and Monetization.
• Be an avid and competitive mobile gamer.
• Experience with Unreal (console or mobile) a plus but not required.
• Must work daily with other designers and communicate effectively.
• Must be collaborative on tasks and accept input/criticism productively.
• Must be highly proactive in finishing out tasks
