As King Games is pursuing its adventure in Bucharest, we are looking for an experienced Game Producer with skills to develop mobile casual games that entertain millions of players as part of a small and autonomous team.
We know that the continued success of King.com depends on preserving the amazing culture we have, so fit is extremely important. We work in small, collaborative Scrum teams where everyone is involved in coming up with feature and game ideas. We are problem solvers, constantly reviewing how and why we do things and learning from each other. We are experimental, trying out new tech and ideas and willing to take risks to drive the entire industry forward. We are sociable and fun.

Your role within our Kingdom
Being responsible for the development of one King.com’s upmost popular games, you will use your leadership skills and creativity to produce outstanding mobile and Facebook games.
In short, you will:

• Lead, motivate and support a team of 5-6 people (developers, artists, designers, QA);
• Innovate and drive the implementation of new features and functions that make the game more fun, profitable, viral, and revolutionizing;
• Actively use business intelligence tools in order to apply metrics-driven development based on actual user behaviours;
• Defy the razor-sharp competition on Facebook, and mobile market to drive your product to the Top.

• Independent leader that takes the ball and runs with it;
• Will to experiment and take risks;
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodology;

• Actively using Facebook, and probably have an iPhone or an Android phone;
• Fluent in English;

Tasty bonus skills:

• Experience from working at a growing games company;
• Worked on a project for iPhone, iPad or Android;
• Experience with having complete ownership over a project

The role requires occasional travel.
