Description

We’re looking for an experienced Producer to deliver world leading casual games.

Your role within our Kingdom
If you want to create entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go then this is the right job for you. Working with a team of developers and artists you will be responsible for developing great game ideas into Facebook and mobile games.

• Lead, motivate and evangelize a team of 7-8 people to produce an outstanding social game
• Innovate and drive the implementation of new features and functions that make the game more fun, profitable, viral, and revolutionizing
• Actively use business intelligence tools in order to apply metrics-driven development based on actual user behaviors 
• Defy the razor-sharp competition on Facebook and in the AppStore and take the game to the top 20 globally

 
Skills to create thrills
You understand well the process for creating games and you can come from different backgrounds from engineer/developer with an interest in economics or an economist with an interest in IT or to a web-entrepreneur. You’re a great people manager and you know how to influence people and reach objectives. Other skills include:

• Vast experience in the game industry
• Expert in SCRUM
• You’re a creative genius (or at least have the ambition to be one)
• You speak and write excellent English

 
Tasty bonus skills

• Experience in projects for iPhone, iPad, Android or Facebook
