Our marketing division is extremely international and carries out intensive online advertising in over 40 countries. Our campaigns achieve more than 10 billion ad impressions per month. As our Lead Marketing Technology (m/f) you will be responsible for selecting, managing and developing your team. Your role will see you act as a point of contact for your co-workers and you will collaborate strategically with our Head of Marketing and our Head of Business Intelligence. You will be in charge of designing and developing our internal marketing tools, and along with your department you will supervise their technical implementation with a dedicated development team.

Your Job:

• Manage and develop our marketing technology team in both technical and personnel matters
• Develop new in-house marketing tools and improve existing ones
• Identify technological trends and potential ways to increase performance
• Promote synergy between business intelligence and marketing
• Work closely on strategy with our Head of Marketing and Head of Business Intelligence

Your Profile:

• A successfully completed degree in economics or business IT with a technical focus or a similar qualification
• Experience in performance marketing and in the development of marketing tools
• Initial experience of managing and developing a team
• An in-depth understanding of software development and product management
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
