As our Art Director Games (m/f) you will be responsible for the art in one of our products. You will work with our Head of Art to ensure the graphics in the product maintain a consistent style and quality. Your role will also involve leading a small art team and giving feedback to them on the assets they produce.

Your Job:

• Coordinate and develop the internal art team for one of our products from a technical standpoint
• Ensure the product maintains a consistent style
• Ensure the quality of the graphics
• Work closely with our Head of Art and with other relevant departments (Game Design, Product Management, Conversion etc.)
• Time management, prioritize and coordinate deadlines

Your Profile:

• A completed degree or apprenticeship in art, graphic design or similar
• Several years’ sound experience as an artist, preferably in the gaming industry
• Very good understanding of anatomy, color, perspective etc.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of other graphics software is welcome (e.g. in 3D)
• Some leadership experience is advantageous
• Outstanding social skills, both in a team as well as in dealing with customers
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Structured, result-oriented working approach, tailored to each individual project
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Passion for gaming
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
