As our Senior Compositing Artist (m/f) you will be responsible for creating and finalizing our cinematics and trailers. You will also be jointly responsible for ensuring a coherent style is maintained and for the graphic design of our products/trailers.

Your job:

• Work closely together with our Art Director, artists and our conversion department to create convincing and high quality cinematics for our products and trailers
• Develop and maintain guidelines and communicate these to your team
• Support and advise the cinematics team and the art and conversion departments
• Support all the artists in the cinematics and 3D team in a technical capacity
• Support efforts to optimize processes within the art department
• Provide feedback to all departments involved, and give technical guidance to the cinematics team

Your profile:

• Outstanding feel for mood, color, light, and shadow, as well as the tonality of artworks and environment settings
• Good understanding of visual storytelling
• Several years’ in-depth experience as a compositor
• Very good knowledge of current compositing tools (e.g. Nuke or After Effects)
• Good knowledge of 3ds Max/Maya and Photoshop
• Very well organized, extremely communicative and a strong team player
• Excellent social skills and experience in working with teams composed of people from many departments
• Highly knowledgeable about current industry standards, above all regarding software, and aware of emerging trends
• Good written and spoken English
• Passion for gaming
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
