Technical Sales:
RFX, the leading software solution provider for the visual effects
industry, is looking for a sales individual with strong technical skills
and industry experience. The position
combines technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer service to provide advice
on a range of products for clients in film, gaming, television and advertising.
Technical sales is a key point of contact for clients, both
pre-and-post sales.
Job
Functions:
- Provide
ongoing sales and technical insight with existing accounts
- Coordinate
vendor relationships to ensure up to date product knowledge, marketing and
pricing
- Administrate
client software maintenance renewals
- Maintain client
database
- Meet sales
goals and coordinate projects
- Support industry
marketing events and activities
- Liaise with
other members of sales team, and other departments
- Keep
updated with latest technology and products
Minimum
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years
related experience in the visual effect industry
Demonstrate creativity
in a dynamic industry with a rapidly changing customer base
Self-motivated with a proven track record
Organized and analytical; able to eliminate sales and technical
obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
Must have strong cost and sales analysis skills
Strong written and presentation skills and able to communicate
professionally
Must be a team player
Required Experience:
College degree or equivalent post-high school education or
experience.
Visual Effects background required
Prior production experience a plus
