Job Title:    Linux Systems Administrator

Reports To:    Director of DigOps

Department:   DigOps

Location:        Shanghai, China

Join a driven team that architects, implements and supports all aspects of Oriental DreamWorks’ leading-edge
technology infrastructure. This position requires individual to work independently to provide administration,
capacity planning, and performance analysis for a large user base of Linux systems and storage infrastructure in
multiple locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain a large Linux software deployment. Which includes deploying, configuring and
monitoring software and services across the organization.
• Responsible for responding to and resolving trouble tickets raised through our ticketing system.
• Help in architecting and deploying new systems or services.
• Develop and maintain stand-alone tools/scripts in Perl or Python in our Linux environment
• Mentor less experienced System Administrators
• Participate in off-hours on-call rotation, and occasional weekend Preventive-Maintenance work.
• Work collaboratively with teams located in the US.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience managing large Unix/Linux, preferably RHEL deployments
• Thorough understanding of Networking basics including DNS, LDAP, NFS, CIFS
• Relevant experience with Network Attached Storage or Storage Area Networks.
• Programming/scripting knowledge in either Perl, Python or Shell
• Good communications skills and work ethic.
