Internship - Community Management Portuguese (m/f)

As an Intern - Community Management Portuguese (m/f) you will be tasked with dealing with
inquiries from our players, organizing community events and acting as a contact for our external
moderators and game helpers. The internship is ideal for recent school leavers, as a co-op
program or for starting your career. We look forward to hearing from you!
Your job:
? Be on hand to give help and advice to our players through various social media channels
(forums, chats)
? Offer comprehensive customer care in forums, chat rooms and on social media
platforms
? Plan and organize in-game events, community actions and real-world meetings
? Work in close cooperation with other departments: Give feedback to our game designers
and report bugs to colleagues in the live bug analysis department
? Get to know our games inside out so you can answer any questions from our player
community
? Your goal: Represent our company in our forums, chat rooms and social media pages
and link the company with the community
Your profile:
? You have native-speaker level knowledge of Portuguese and good English and German,
knowledge of other languages is advantageous
? You are passionate about (online) games and are an open, friendly character and
genuine team player
? You can keep an overview even in challenging situations
? You can think outside the box to solve problems
? Ideally you already have some experience in customer contact (preferably online, or in
catering, retail, hotel industry etc.)
