Our live bug analysts ensure the quality of all mobile and browser games that are currently live and function as an internal service department, working with all the specialist teams for whom live bugs are relevant. As our Team Lead Quality Assurance (Live Environment) (m/f) you will be responsible for coordinating a team of up to 20 live bug analysts. You will be the department lead's right hand and will work closely with both our developers and our customer service and community management departments.

Your job:

• Distribute tasks within the team: prioritize and pass on bugs that are reported in our products to the LBA team

• Monitor and analyse game/bug-related statistics

• Report directly to our Live Bug Analysis Lead, and work together to strategically develop the team

• Manage up to 20 colleagues in live bug analysis

• Recruitment and development: conduct candidate interviews, prepare feedback meetings and assess performance with the aim of improving efficiency and quality

• Your aim: ensure that problems in our games are quickly and smoothly assessed and communicated to our developers, as well as to customer service and community management

Your profile:

• Initial leadership experience, ideally in gaming or a similar industry

• A motivating, natural leader with outstanding communication skills

• Highly service-oriented and stress-resistant

• A high level of quality awareness, skilled at analyzing problems and communicating knowledge, an eye for detail and good technical understanding

• Passionate about (online) games and the internet

• Very good written and spoken German and English
