This position will see you manage all aspects of our client development teams. You will be tasked with ensuring that our game clients satisfy our players with quality, performance and usability and that new features and requirements can be implemented promptly. You will be responsible for using the correct technologies and creating appropriate structures for our continued growth.

Your job:

• Coordinate client development in browser, mobile and 3D areas
• Optimize gaming experience with respect to performance, loading times etc.
• Develop a global understanding of our company technologies and processes and carry out constant optimization in collaboration with other departments and our CTO
• Manage and build up our client development teams
• Take fundamental decisions regarding technologies on the basis of technical and economic perspectives

Your profile:

• Completed university degree or apprenticeship in IT
• Many years of professional experience in software development in an online environment as well as in team management
• Preferably in-depth knowledge of AS3, OOP and established web-technologies
• Outstanding empathetic qualities, a results-oriented working approach and a quick mind
• Very good written and spoken English, German a plus
