We’re looking for an outstanding individual
who will manage all product life cycle aspects of Esri products that
integrate with personal productivity and CRM applications. As a member
of the product management team, you’ll work with UX/UI,
Development/Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to create and execute
product plans and outbound communication. Working in close collaboration
with Sales and Marketing, you will define product positioning and help
drive product launches and campaign strategies.
This
role requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual who can
adequately represent the users and personas of new market segments and
translate their needs into Esri products. You must enjoy spending time
understanding users’ problems and finding innovative solutions for the
broader market

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specify
market requirements for current and future products by conducting
market research supported by ongoing interaction with customers and
non-customers
- Work closely with UX/UI and development/engineering professionals to make sure market requirements are met
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to successfully launch new capabilities and products
- Partner with Marketing to define campaigns that drive adoption and communicate product value and positioning
- Evaluate partner and sales channel opportunities
- Continue to evaluate and evolve our business models to help drive adoption and usage
- Minimum of four years of experience as a software product manager
- Experience writing well-crafted user stories and/or use cases
- Experience working with UX/UI professionals on user-centered designs and usability
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills
- The ability to understand technology and grasp technical concepts quickly
- Ability to travel on occasion to customer sites and conferences
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, business, engineering, or other analytical or technical field
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft products
- Experience with geospatial technology
