Web Analyst
Description
ZeniMax Online Studios is seeking a web analyst will work collaboratively with the Marketing
department, Community engagement teams and Business Intelligence groups
across the global organization to help monitor website key metrics,
identify concerns and pro-actively recommend optimizations to ensure
business goals are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze multiple in-house website portals, social media platforms
and campaigns and email performance rates, via Adobe Reports and
Analytics, Google Analytics and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
- Partner with your team to define reporting requirements,
dashboards, and key metrics to measures weekly performance and success
rates.
- Prepare and deliver recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,
annual) reporting on key performance indicators and special initiatives
and marketing campaign performance
- Maintain dashboards that visualize and effectively communicate related KPIs across the enterprise.
- Manage the following Adobe tools: Adobe Social, Adobe Reports and Analytics, and Ad Hoc Analysis.
- Stay abreast of new analytics product features and make
recommendations to increase cost-effectiveness and/or enhance
measurement capabilities.
- Hands on management of scheduled marketing newsletter send-outs,
manipulating custom mailing list groups, conducting A/B tests and
reporting on success stats.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience reporting and analyzing performance of
interactive marketing initiatives (such as email campaigns and event
marketing and sales), required
- Experience and passion for using Adobe analytic tools such as
Omniture/Site Catalyst, Adobe Social, Google Analytics at the
professional level
- Experience with email marketing software (ie. Exact Target)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel as key focus area)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is also a plus
