Software Development Engineer/Test (SDET)

Job Responsibilities:

This position will require driving test development and architecture, and tools. As the primary feature owner, you will be responsible for shaping the test strategy for your areas as well as working closely with other Search partners to drive quality. You must be able to independently identify and tackle technical and engineering issues, ramp up quickly on a new technology and areas, and work collaborate across groups and disciplines. We are passionate about innovating test methodologies and establishing efficient processes. This role will have opportunities for close collaboration with peers both within and outside the immediate test groups. This position will require driving test development, writing high quality code that will enable automated collection of metrics and testing of new game features.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of related testing and development experience
• 2+ years of Strong coding experience using C#, C++ and SQL
• 2+ years of Experience with test methodologies
• 2+ years of Experience developing software test automation
• Demonstrated programming and debugging skills in C/C++, C#, and/or the .Net Framework
• Self-starter with relentless focus on getting things done
• Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written
• Past accomplishments that show your ability to work within product teams and across product groups
• Passion for engineering excellence and learning
• Proven history of driving test strategy and development for a given feature area
• Proven history of effectively resolving issues and sticking to a development schedule
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
