CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER #1666974 RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the customer?s supplier quality program and insure that it is effectively implemented at all supplier factory sites. - Improve new and existing product based on lesson learned. - Provide leadership on excursion management, coordination, and responsible for complete resolution. - Insure that adequate failure analysis support is provided to the customer. - Provide timely and accurate quality reports/metrics as required. - Attend Customer Quality meetings as required to present status of issues and reporting of quality performance information. - Develop plans to meet customer quality goals. - Manager of the Corrective Action database for Supplier TRAITS - Executive Level Abilities - Change Agent - Independent Operator - Strong written and verbal communication skills - 5 to 10 years related experience - Proven Track record of high performance REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. - At least 5 years working experience in high volume mobile phone and/or tablet peripherals manufacturing industry. - Extensive working experience as SQE in electronics or computer peripherals. - Able to set directions, goals, and build effective cross functional team communication - Knowledge in wafer fab, package assembly, PCBA manufacturing process and quality systems. - Knowledge of smartphone and tablet architecture and mechanical design is an added advantage. - Must be at least the Six-Sigma/BPI Green Belt certified. - Strong working knowledge of statistical process control.
