Job Description
The DigOps Coordinator will support Head of Technology Operations, Digital Operations Directors, Managers,
Supervisors, Systems Engineers, Digital Operations Group and Technology Production Management as needed.
They will coordinate activities within the Digital Operations department through organization, multi-tasking and
follow-up.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Digital Operations in day-to-day administrative duties.
• Schedule appointments for supervisor as requested, and arrange travel schedules and reservations for IT
personnel.
• Production Communication: Responsible for identifying and communicating technology issues that are
critical to the studio, including unscheduled downtime, network/rendering/disk space issues, etc.
Communication is relayed through global email and voicemail, when appropriate.
• Read and route incoming IT incident requests.
• Help manage IT inventory and maintain documentation for accurate CapEx (capital expenditures)
fulfillment.
• Assist with keeping the IT areas organized and clean.
• Assist with disseminating information and improving departmental communication.
• Edit, compose and type routine correspondence with good proofreading skills.
• Assist with internal customer satisfaction surveys and timely escalation and remediation of negative
feedback.
• Assist with proper coding of expense reports.
• Record minutes of staff meetings as requested.
Qualifications:
• Must be computer literate, possessing a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to type 55 words per minute.
• Desire and ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
• English language proficiency
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
