SUMMARY OF POSITION

Warner Bros. Games Inc. seeks a Graphic Designer for the Warner Bros. Games San Francisco Publishing Team. Do you have an excellent eye for marketing art and are truly passionate about creating compelling user experiences through high quality visual designs? We are looking for you!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Support Publishing Team in creating and designing user-facing creative across consumer facing channels (e.g., mobile ads, app store assets, social, email, in-game cross-sell, web, etc.) 

·        Work closely with internal User Acquisition and Marketing teams to create high-quality video, static, rich-media creative used for performance marketing efforts. 

·        Design cutting-edge marketing creative and help create and implement the visual design elements associated with Warner Bros. positioning in the market. 

·        Obtain ad specs from multiple partners and ensure each ad meets specs and Warner Bros. standards across multiple channels and media types. 

·        Manage the organization of our creative folders, act as liaison with developers to ensure we are prepared for launches and nimble in responding to needs. 

·        Strive to develop efficiencies and solid process for delivering concepts and assets. Remain current with latest graphic design/marketing and communication trends for mobile advertising. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

·        Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related studies. 

·        At the minimum 3+ years of professional experience on a marketing art team. 

·        Strong knowledge of Adobe CS5 Suite including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Flash; Dreamweaver a plus. 

·        Amazing sense of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy. 

·        Strong understanding of marketing design and best practices. 

·        Sketching and story boarding skills. 

·        Experience with video editing. 

·        Experience with web design is a plus. 

·        Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Eager to integrate best practices to drive desired performance metrics. 

·        Must be able to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume of on-going projects and very fast turn-around. 

·        The ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities is required. 

·        Game industry experience and passion for games is a plus.
