SR. MIXED SIGNAL DESIGN ENGINEER #1677588 CMOS design engineer with analog design expertise RESPONSILITIES - Develop mixed-signal blocks for PC and Mobile applications (I/Os, PLLs, etc.) - Analog and custom digital design - Coordinate and define macro-level interfaces with ASIC teams - Work closely with IC layout/mask designers - Support debug and characterization of designs in labs and/or ATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - BS in Electrical Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience or MS in EE plus 3 years of experience - Self motivated, team player who follows through with minimal guidance. - Requires very good experience with a custom ic design environment (Cadence preferred) and analog circuit simulation (HSPICE, HSIM etc). - Must have an understanding of package and board level SI issues. - Experience with nanometer-level process related circuit design issues and familiarity with circuit/solution techniques. - Experience and understanding of Verilog modeling will be preferred.
