NVIDIA Research is seeking seeking world class researchers to help shape the future of parallel computing. We are seeking candidates at a variety of levels from fresh PhD to experienced researchers. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of research excellence and systems-building experience. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: compilers, parallel programming models, programming language design & implementation, and language runtime environments. NVIDIA has pioneered programmable GPUs and the CUDA parallel computing platform, and NVIDIA Research has an ambitious agenda to take those technologies to the next level. This position offers the opportunity to have real impact in a fast-moving, technology-focused company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop innovative parallel computing technologies
- Collaborate with architecture and graphics researchers
- Publish original research
- Speak at conferences and events
- Collaborate with external researchers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated ability to innovate AND implement. Can you point to a new idea you've come up with AND a large system you've built?
- Knowledge of parallel algorithms and parallel programming systems.
- Strong programming skills, and experience with C/C++; knowledge of CUDA is desirable.
- Ph.D. in CS/CE/EE, or equivalent experience, plus track record of research excellence.
