Title: Lead Assistant Editor

Overall responsibility:
Supervise all post-production procedures and manage processes.
Key areas of responsibility:

Do initial post-production work on all captured footage (ingest, transcode, log, transcribe,
organize).

Supervise post-production process (including media management, final deliverable creation,
project archiving, etc.)

Assist in creation of motion graphic elements and packages (title sequences, lower thirds,
on-screen text, etc.)

Maintain all post-production department equipment and recommend/install hardware or
software upgrades as needed.

Maintain platform media server and organize media on an on-going basis
Skills/Qualifications

2 to 3+ years of post-production experience required; agency experience a plus

Strong media management/organization skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Experience with Cinema 4D, After Effects, Adobe Suite, & Final Cut 7 required

General IT/networking knowledge a plus
Term of employment:
Indefinite, with performance reviews scheduled approximately every six months. This is a full-
time position.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications
