Deluxe is the industry's leading provider of media & entertainment content services and is organized into 3 operating divisions (Content Creation, Media Services & Distribution). 

Operating on three continents, Stereo D is an important part of Deluxe’s Content Creation division and is the recognized leader in high-quality 3d digital production and, in particular, conversion of 2D theatrical content into stereoscopic 3D imagery. Formed in 2009, the company works with major motion picture studios and producers, A-list directors and VFX/Stereo supervisors to bring their vision of 3D storytelling to the screen. Stereo D has completed the entire 3D conversion process for such films as TITANIC in 3D, THE AVENGERS, IRON MAN 3, STAR TREK: INTO DARKNESS, PACIFIC RIM and many more. The company also provides end-to-end 3D production services on animated feature films, television productions and commercials.

Role:

The Stereo D Finance manager is a key member of the Stereo D team with responsibility for all aspects of finance and accounting.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ownership of Stereo D’s Income Statement and Balance Sheet (including its wholly owned Indian subsidiary)
• All aspects of financial reporting (monthly management accounts and reporting pack, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting)
• Provision of value added management information:
• Ongoing enhancement of management information
• Ad hoc commercial analysis (financial & non financial information)
• Working capital and balance sheet management with particular focus on cash generation
• Assisting in business development initiatives:
• Organic investment appraisal analysis
• Use of financial analysis to identify opportunities
• Maintenance/enhancement of control environment in growing business
• Systems review/improvement
• And other responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary

Reporting to:

·         Business Unit: Stereo D Chief Operating Officer

• Divisional: Chief Financial Officer of Deluxe’s Content Creation division

Candidate:

• CPA and/or MBA preferred with track record demonstrating strong business acumen combined with accounting fundamentals
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to operate in a senior executive environment
• Ability to identify and report KPIs
• Current with US GAAP
