SR MANAGER - CREATIVE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT #1665254 NVIDIA is a company that thrives on collaboration, and in this role you will interact daily with our talented in-house creative department that acts as our internal advertising agency, as well as multiple product and vertical marketing teams from around the globe and our creative agencies. Together with your team, you will be responsible for helping define the global go-to-market marketing process, including global creative process, project management, and manage a team of creative project managers and coordinators with the end goal of driving teams together to create super effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with creative agencies, in-house creative, superior project management skills and possess a stellar command of written and spoken English. Besides this, have knowledge of creative marketing campaign best practices, be naturally inclined to want to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and be able to think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing, Brand & Creative. The creative team is composed of a wide range of awesome talent, from graphic designers, to art directors, 3D Artists, Videographers, Motion Graphics, Packaging designers, web designers, UX and UI Designers, copywriters, creative directors, producers, project managers and coordinators. This team addresses all business units. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Overall responsibility for go-to-marketing campaign design and execution process. - Own the internal global creative process - Drive together with other marketing directors and executives the global marketing priorities. - Communicate priorities when needed, make decisions based on them. - Make sure creative teams get solid campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies and align back with the BU's - Act as executive producer on key projects. - Together with the Creative Director, Act as high-level contact between agencies - Directly manage and Coach the talented internal creative Project Management team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, account management or alike - Proven Strong People Management Skills - Advertising Agency background is a big plus - Experience in driving projects across cross functional teams within an organization - Superior command of written and spoken English. - BS/BA in Communications, Marketing or related field EOE
