Description
Office Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and
self-motivated administrative professional with excellent organizational and
interpersonal skills. The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall
front office activities, including the reception area, mail, purchasing
requests and facilities. This person will maintain the office location, client
relations, be a point of contact between employees and company partners, handle
payroll for staff, data entry, and clerical filing.
Essential Duties:
- Maintains office services by organizing day-to-day office
operations and procedures- preparing correspondence; designing filing systems;
reviewing and processing supply requisitions; preparing payroll.
- Provides historical reference by creating procedures for
retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing
office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement or repairs.
- Responsible for arranging internal office moves and
providing arrangements for office meetings.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing
special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Responsible for account receivables and payables
- Participates as needed in special department projects.
Requirements:
The Office Manager should have proven
organizational skills, a working knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), savvy Web / Internet researcher, Windows and
experience in an accounting system.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent experience.
• At least two years of
previous experience in office management
