SR. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER #1661487 RESPONSIBILITIES: - Product Development Engineer provides technical direction of all phases of a product from manufacturing introduction to completion. - Functions as the central resource with ASIC, VLSI, Silicon Validation, DFT, Test, Quality and manufacturing as the product(s) move to completion and distribution. - Ensures that products shipped meet specifications, cost and quality goals. - Continuously mentors junior engineers to help widen their technical strengths. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - BSEE or MSEE degree and 7 to 12 years of relevant working experience Experience with ATE testing and System Level Testing Hands on experience with data mining and data analysis using statistical tools. - Experience in new product characterization and validation. - Good understanding of structural testing (scan,bist,etc) and wafer fabrication process will be an added advantage. - Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to effectively lead cross functional teams to solve complex problems. - Excellent problem solving skills and great sense of ownership and urgency in resolving unpredicted issues with technical judgment based on data.
