Temporary Accountant/HR Generalist

Creative Entertainment Firm in WLA seeking Full-Time
Temporary Staff Accountant/HR Generalist with Knowledge of CA HR Practices.
Position is 5-6 months starting immediately. Must have 5 years exp with
excellent knowledge of Quickbooks and ADP payroll.
Duties include:
- Full General Ledger experience including A/R, A/P,
invoicing, money management, file maintenance, banking/credit card
reconciliations
- Manages all cashflow/sales and P&L reports
- Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and
dental insurance, 401k plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and
employee assistance
- Acts as liaison with bank, insurance companies and vendors
- Maintaining all personnel/vendor files
- Coordinate with HR Administrator on Visa/immigration cases
- Manage entertainment production/business
