LIVE OPERATION MANAGER
The Live Operation Manager is in charge of creating and maintaining plans for in-game promotions and specific events for each of the studio’s games. As a member of the monetization team, the Live Operation Manager reports to the Game Monetization Manager.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Play the games extensively, on a daily basis.
•    Work closely with the Monetization Manager and the Production team to define events, and promotion strategy inside the games.
•    Build a comprehensive and in-depth plan and oversee its effective implementation.
•    Coordinate and set up the various in-game communication tools (asset creation, push notifications, etc.).
•    Monitor the events’ performances and their impacts on player retention and revenue.
•    Suggest optimizations to the game team.
•    Analyze competitors and perform benchmarking.

Qualifications

•    Passion for video games.
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent field.
•    Master's degree is a plus.
•    1 year of professional experience in an online/B2C business or media agency.
•    Proficient with Excel.
•    Good understanding of statistics.
•    Fluent in English.
•    Excellent communication skills.
•    Highly organized person.
