Live Operations Manager

Mobile games dominator Gameloft, worldwide publisher of mobile and social games, is creating a position for a Live Operations Manager! Our Live Ops Manager will will be charged with creating  and planning in-game promotional events to drive monthly goals and revenue targets for the studioby collaborating with teams of top video game industry talent. This position is on the monetization team and will report to the Game Monetization Manager. Current hit Gameloft games include:

Responsibilities:
  • Play the games extensively – on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the monetization manager and the production team to define events and promotions strategy inside the games
  • Build a comprehensive and in depth planning for in-game promotions. Oversee its effective implementation
  • Coordinate and set up the various in-game communication tools (assets creation, push notifications, ...)
  • Monitor the performance of the events and their impact on the retention and revenue of the players
  • Suggest optimizations to the game team
  • Analyse competitors and perform benchmarking
Qualifications:
  • Passion for video games
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or an equivalent field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • 1 year of professional experience in online/B2C business or media agency
  •  Proficient with Excel
  • Great with statistics
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized person
